Thank you for your purchase from KFACTampa.org. We are committed to providing you with high-quality, unique products. As our items are either one-of-a-kind art pieces or made to order, our refund policy is designed to reflect this unique production process.
No Refunds or Returns
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing (for apparel), as each item is created specifically for your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in producing and packaging every order, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@kfactampa.org.
Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Attaching photographs of the damaged or incorrect item is required to help us assess the situation quickly.
Resolution: After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate solution. This may include a replacement of the item or a store credit, at our discretion. A refund will only be considered in cases where a replacement is not possible.
