Kanapaha Lotuses
Aliye Cullu (pronounced Aleeyah Chooloo) is a distinguished painter and graphic designer, carrying on a rich artistic legacy as a fourth-generation artist. Her creative journey, deeply rooted in a family environment, began in New York and has blossomed in North Central Florida. Aliye has painted most of her adult life, working primarily with watercolors and pen-and-ink before expanding to oils in 2004. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Studies from the University of Florida, her art is inspired by diverse landscapes, from the coasts of Florida and Maine to the mountains and islands beyond.
